A complete cure for any and all of the most debilitating diseases of mankind without the need for allopathic medicines, surgery or the destructive radiation currently used. This proposition could well be dismissed and condemned to the realms of science fiction if it were not for the reported efforts of at least two men of outstanding brilliance who achieved the scientific means to bring this proposition into very close reality.

The modern concept of energy, is that all we observe in the physical world is embedded in a sea (ether) of energy of immense magnitude. Physical objects ( including the human body) as we perceive them are not solid but composed of intricate vibrational energy patterns. The following is entirely consistent with that modern approach even though at the time of development the theoretical framework was just emerging in physical but not medical science.

Roy Rife (1888 – 1971) had great expertise in many scientific fields. Such were his accomplishments that he was able to construct an optical microscope with a reputed magnification power of 60,000 diameters and a resolution of 31,000 diameters. By means of this instrument he was able to monitor and isolate the light signature (in the ultra violet spectrum) of many viruses then considered to be responsible for some of our most degenerative diseases including cancer. This instrument is distinct from a modern electron microscope, which although capable of higher magnification cannot by virtue of the process illuminate anything but dead tissue. It therefore provides a past pattern and not in real time.

By painstaking analysis Rife observed that such organisms had an MOR ( Mortal Oscillatory Rate ) and when subject to non ionizing radiation ( in the UV spectrum) of the determined frequency were rendered inert ('devitalized'). The human body rid of the infestation could then continue with its own healing process.

Reported clinical trials were held in 1932 with 16 patients all considered to be terminally ill suffering from cancer and all recovered within 120 days, a 100% success rate. The 'treatments' which were exposure to a 'Beam Ray' lasted only for a few minutes and received over a interval of several days. The successful therapy was witnessed by the then outstanding medical personages of the day, many holding posts in prodigious and well respected medical institutions. Within five years not one of these men would even acknowledge that they had even known Rife (photographs in existence).

Moving to a closer period in history the 1960's and 1970's and to a man named ( 1912-1983). Without a medical degree indeed, without any form of academic qualification except a diploma in 'radio electricity' seems to have intuited and built a remarkable series of machines capable of reversing the state of diseased tissue.

As a result of a serendipitous observation that oranges situated near radio equipment remained preserved while similar fruit placed away from the region showed signs of deterioration. Fascinated by this phenomena Prioré embarked upon a remarkable journey which led him to the construction of a huge three story machine the object of which was to cure the human body of cancer and other maladies. The initial financial support for this big machine had been engendered by his well documented successes with small laboratory animals and people. There are accounts of complete recovery by rats induced with the most malignant cancers.

Prioré never revealed the secret of his machines that is operation, not the theory, because he was not aware of the theory neither were his counterparts at that time. The successful operation of the apparatus lay in the adjustment of the machine. A theory of operation has since been developed and is said to exist in the infolded time dimension.

The original big machine operated briefly, suffered a main component failure and would have cost around one million dollars to repair which no one at the time thought worth while. So, the machine lay dormant and was later broken up.

Experiments to determine the efficacy of the Prioré effect have been built on a small scale although his original results have not been duplicated. It has however been determined that the effect is proportional to signal strength, exposure time and the condition of the patient.

Whether historical accounts surrounding radio therapy are completely accurate or not one would imagine that there is sufficient evidence to warrant serious investigation with sufficient funding. Especially considering that the success rate of modern anti cancer therapy is dismally low (often quoted at around 3%).

Although there are no 'officially' sanctioned Rife machines there is a growing industry in the manufacture of these experimental devices and are freely available via the internet. For the moment at least, mainstream medical science seems to have abandoned the protocol of radio therapy even though successes have been reported and treatments used in public hospitals as long ago as the 1930`s (Lakhovsky France).
